Living the Cream Bob's Mash
Living the Cream is a small business out of Buffalo. The guy is churning up some masterpieces out of his own kitchen. I luckily found him off Instagram due to his love of eating America's finest ice cream. His homemade ice cream has a lot of praise due to the fact he makes everything from scratch.
Bob's Mash is labeled as "Graham cracker ice cream, salted caramel swirls, PB-oat no bake cookies, sea salt chocolate chip cookie dough, & Trader Joe's chocolate PB Joe-Joe".
The ice cream is rich, bold, and packs a subtle cinnamon flavoring in the aftertaste. Graham Cracker ice cream is rare on the ice creak market, but Living The Cream perfected it. Every single portion of the graham cracker was pure. The replica of a real cinnamon graham cracker is spot on. When put into a dense, creamy, and high buttermilk fat base this flavor really shines.
The salty caramel swirls are rich, sweet, and thick. The luscious swirl is laced from top to bottom in almost every single spoonful. The PB-oat no bake cookies are very soft, buttery, and have a nice chewy compliment to the half baked brownies. These things on their own are lethal and you can put down handfuls in the blink of an eye. The cookie dough follows the trend of the texture of the no bake cookies. Except the dough has the extra flavor from salt and the doughy undertone from the composure of the mix-in. The massive Trader Joes Joe Joe in the center is like finding a treasure at the end of the rainbow. A great surprise.
The graham cracker base is one of LTC's best. The salted caramel swirls are his second best behind the PB Swirls, and the mix-ins are plentiful. The soft and chewy nature of what is thrown into this flavor with the crunchy Joe Joe in the center is the perfect hard/soft contrast to make this an enjoyable experience.
