Living the Cream Pumpkin Gone Wild
Living the Cream is a small business out of Buffalo. The guy is churning up some masterpieces out of his own kitchen. I luckily found him off Instagram due to his love of eating America's finest ice cream. His homemade ice cream has a lot of praise due to the fact he makes everything from scratch.
Pumpkin Gone Wild is labeled as "Graham cracker base, pumpkin spice caramel, pumpkin magic bars, and pumpkin oat bars."
The ice cream is rich, bold, and packs a subtle cinnamon flavoring in the aftertaste. Graham Cracker ice cream is rare on the ice creak market, but Living The Cream perfected it. Every single portion of the graham cracker was pure. The replica of a real cinnamon graham cracker is spot on. When put into a dense, creamy, and high buttermilk fat base this flavor really shines.
The pumpkin spice caramel is unique. The caramel is thick, gooey, and has a fantastic consistency that pools from side to side. The underlying cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove find in the spices congeal with a subtle pumpkin flavor to make an unrefined swirl. The pumpkin magic bars are similar to what was found in Bad Grahammer and the 7-layer bars. Both the magic bars and pumpkin oat bars are moist, thick, and chewy. The amount of flavor they provide that congeal with the base and pumpkin spices really makes them stand out on top of the sheer size of each mix-in.
This is a stellar flavor. The graham base is one of the best Living the Cream makes and is one of the best I have had on the entire ice cream market. Combine the fact his mix-in game is never short-changed. The sheer amount of bars and swirl in this pint with a fantastic base sets this one up for a must-grab fall seasonal flavor.
