Living the Cream Bad Grahammer
Living the Cream is a small business out of Buffalo. The guy is churning up some masterpieces out of his own kitchen. I luckily found him off Instagram due to his love of eating America's finest ice cream. His homemade ice cream has a lot of praise due to the fact he makes everything from scratch.
Bad Grahammer is labeled as "Graham Cracker ice cream, Chocolate covered graham crackers, Chocolate caramel swirls, 7-layer magic bars (graham cracker crust, with layers of chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, sweetened condensed milk and Heath bits)
The ice cream is rich, bold, and packs a subtle cinnamon flavoring in the aftertaste. Graham Cracker ice cream is rare on the ice creak market, but Living The Cream perfected it. Every single portion of the graham cracker was pure. The replica of a real cinnamon graham cracker is spot on. When put into a dense, creamy, and high buttermilk fat base this flavor really shines.
The chocolate-covered graham crackers do not get soggy due to being coated and have a great hybrid cinnamon and chocolate combination. The extra crunch they provide is a great addition to the rest of the mix-ins. The Chocolate caramel swirls are unique. I would say this is much heavier in chocolate than caramel. The bitter, rich, and thick swirls are pooling from side to side. I would like to see a bit more salt to make the caramel stand out with the duo swirl. The 7-layer magic bars are the star of the show. Very moist, thick, and chewy. The graham cracker crust helps enhance the graham crackers in the pint. The coconut and butterscotch are faint but tasted in the backend of the aftertaste. The size of these suckers is just like the half-baked brownies found in the other Living the Cream pints.
This right here is one of the best offerings Living the Cream has ever made. The graham base is stellar, and the consistency of everything in this pint works well together. The only thing holding this back from a perfect pint is the amount of caramel and salt found in the swirl. Besides that this is a home run.
