The soft baked cinnamon sugar cookie dough is similar to the SweetDoughNYC used in many of Caffe Panna's pints. The kicker is how much cinnamon and sugar are laced on the outside of the inclusion. While the flavor is not overpowering, it strikes a happy medium for your taste buds to mesh well with the superb base. The salted cinnamon bun pecan filling is a hybrid pecan pin and soft chewy cinnamon bun chunks. Caffe Panna was able to find the right texture for this that runs from top to bottom in almost every single bite.
