Living the Cream 3 B's
Living the Cream is a small business out of Buffalo. The guy is churning up some masterpieces out of his own kitchen. I luckily found him off Instagram due to his love of eating America's finest ice cream. His homemade ice cream has a lot of praise due to the fact he makes everything from scratch.
3 B's is labeled as "Cinnamon banana ice cream, brown sugar biscoff crumble chunks, chewy biscoff blondies, brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts."
The cinnamon banana ice cream is a hybrid flavor that goes hand in hand together. At first, you are provided with a subtle banana flavor with a blistering cinnamon aftertaste. Think of the cinnamon you would get on top of a snickerdoodle cookie paired with a pure banana base. Both flavors pop and make a great one-two punch.
The brown sugar pop tarts are as expected. Easily my all-time favorite pop tart chunked into the ice cream. The chewy biscoff blondies are a combo of Living The Cream's basic blondie recipe with added cookie butter for the biscoff. The gingersnap, molasses, and nutmeg undertone help enhance the cinnamon in the base. The brown sugar biscoff crumble chunks are similar to balls of no-bake cookies but enhanced with cookie butter. Cookie butter and banana make a fantastic combo, and with how chewy and dense these are they add a fantastic addition to the ice cream.
I am usually not a huge banana or fruity base fan, but this combination is awesome. I would like a touch more flavor in the banana base because the biscoff and cinnamon are in a much stronger presence taking away from an equal ratio of flavors. None the less the unreined mix-ins and unique inclusions make this one hard to put down.
