Steve’s Cinnamon Coffee Review:
After having Sunday Morning, Banana Pudding, and also enjoying Salty Caramel the last flavor of Steve’s I have is Coffee Cinnamon. Being a big coffee guy and enjoying cinnamon I had a good hope for this as this was the other flavor that crossed my eye based what was available when purchasing the pints.
Steve’s is real big as a company as employing concentrate of things to help enhance the flavor, and for this pint they have taken a page out of Grady’s Cold Brewed Ice Coffee which is a local store in Brooklyn to help aid he flavor of the ice cream. Being the ingredients are very minimal between cold brewed coffee, cream, sugar, cinnamon and a few others this is a lower calorie alternative at 210kcals per serving.
After popping the top and seeing a very fine and smooth looking base, I knew I was not in for a crazy mix-in pint but more of a genuine flavor to see if Steve’s could perfect the balance between coffee and cinnamon without making it too overpowering from one ingredient to the other (Coffee and Cinnamon).
Overall there is not much to review in a product that is so basic and is made or labeled “Cold-Brewed Coffee with freshly grated Cinnamon”. My thoughts were that Steve’s after having several pints continues to impress me with how strong they can combine two ingredients and provide such a rich, flavorful, and luscious combination of coffee and cinnamon. Every bite from first to last provided a strong and sweet coffee flavor with a bold cinnamon after taste. If there were some sort of mix-ins to compliment this pint I would give it an A Ranking, based off the base and cinnamon alone this deserves a solid B for one of the better Coffee bases I have ever had.
Grade: B
